Pauly’s Pizzeria & Sub Co. uses SMS text messaging to communicate with job applicants who have chosen to receive text messages regarding their employment application and hiring process.
1. Program Description
Applicants who opt in may receive hiring-related text messages from Pauly’s Pizzeria & Sub Co. Messages may include application follow-up, requests to complete pre-interview questions, interview scheduling requests, interview confirmations, interview reminders, and other communications directly related to the applicant’s employment application or hiring process.
SMS messages under this program are not used for marketing or promotional purposes.
2. Consent
Applicants may choose whether to receive text messages when completing the Pauly’s online employment application. Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of applying for or being considered for employment.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the applicant’s hiring process and interactions with Pauly’s.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
5. Opting Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from this hiring program unless you subsequently provide consent again.
